Shipping policy

We currently ship live koi fish within Quebec only. We do not ship outside of Quebec at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Arrival Date At checkout, you can select your preferred arrival date. We ship live fish overnight on Monday through Wednesday, except for holidays, to ensure safe delivery. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available. 

Transit Time All live fish orders are shipped overnight. We use UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Live Arrival Guarantee We want your new fish to arrive safe and sound! We offer a limited live arrival guarantee on all orders, provided someone is home to welcome them on the first delivery attempt. If any of your fish don't make the journey, please send us a photo immediately so we can help. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), we do not offer refunds. We will replace the fish with one of equal value, or issue a store credit if an equivalent fish is unavailable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Note: While we pack our fish with the utmost care, we cannot control carrier transit delays or mishandling. For issues caused by the shipping company, claims must be filed directly with them.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order.
